We are women of all ages from different paths of life, faith and culture who have the desire to learn more about God and to grow in our relationship with Him through the transforming power of the Holy Spirit. We listen to one another, laugh with each other, care for each other, and share our experiences in life and faith.

Priscilla Circle

“As a Community of Women created in the image of God, called to discipleship in Jesus Christ; and empowered by the Holy Spirit, we commit ourselves to grow in faith, affirm our gifts, support one another in our callings, engage in ministry
and action, and promote healing and wholeness in the church, the society and the world.” The purpose of the Women of the ELCA organization, stated above, is evident in its threefold purpose: GROWTH through Bible study, working together in COMMUNITY through ACTION in our diversified projects.

Moms and Munchkins

This is a group of great moms and kids, and is open to all moms, no matter the
age of your kids—we all need support. There is a Mom’s night out once a month, a Thursday Book study, a few “couples nights “and family events throughout the year, and every month there are one or two activities for the children.

Ladies Luncheon

This is a special luncheon held in May to honor the ladies of the church. Includes delicious food, special entertainment, friendship and fellowship. Women of all ages are welcome.

Christmas Candlelight Tea

The Candlelight Tea is a tradition at Mountain View Lutheran Church. We are spirited and passionate women coming together for fun and fellowship. Our hope is to grow and serve the Lord and our community by connecting with each other and extending a helping hand to those around us. Just like the Light of One Little Candle, we hope to illuminate our inner spirit and bring light to the opportunities we have to help and serve God.
