We are a fellowship group open to everyone 40 years of age and “better.” Our purpose is to provide an outreach group for all those who would like to join us for fun, fellowship and friendship.
FAB is open to all those who are 40+ years of age. If you have been to a 40s/50s event lately, you will know that we have been having an ongoing dialogue about changing the name of our group. It seems that there have been several who would like to join our group but have felt they couldn't because they were not in the right age bracket. All of us agreed that nothing could be farther from the truth – we would love to have all who would like to be with us. And so, we have been throwing around ideas for a name that would encompass what we are about – a group for all of those 40 and over who would like to be part of a group for fellowship, friendship and fun. And so, we all decided that our new name will be: Forty And Better (FAB) for short.
We plan monthly activities such as hiking, bowling, attending a Diamondback's game, card parties and progressive dinners.
The members are encouraged to schedule events which everyone can enjoy and we are always open to new ideas.
